SUBMISSIONS POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept unsolicited material. Accordingly, we will delete the entirety of any submission email’s content and any attachment(s) without having read any such content and/or attachments.
Should you be desirous of sending us material, please have your agent contact us via email with an inquiry as to whether we would accept any material. If we decide to do so, we will send your agent our submissions and release letter to be signed by you..
Once we receive your agent’s inquiry and the signed submissions and release letter, we will respond as to whether we will accept the material for consideration.
Also, make sure that any work you submit upon our agreement to accept any material is registered with the Writers Guild of America West’s Registry.
WARNING! DO NOT SEND ANY UNSOLICITED SCRIPTS OR OTHER CONTENT MATERIAL ("material"). If you do so, you hereby agree that YOU GIVE UP ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS to the material and transfer any such rights, including any and all copyrights, to Inyani Corporation. Further, if you send such material, you agree that you will indemnify Inyani Corporation from any damages and/or legal actions Inyani Corporation may be subjected to as a result of you sending this material.
